Crematech is a Dutch company that specializes in designing, building, and installing cremation equipment.
Its electric cremator is equipped with a user-friendly control system. It consists of a Siemens SIMATIC DP PLC, a Hitachi HX-RIO3 PLC, and the Reliance SCADA/HMI system.

The control system provides the optimum conditions for the cremation process. The cremation temperature, duration, oxygen content, and negative pressure are all controlled automatically to make sure the cremation process is smooth and energy-efficient. At a glance, the operator can see how the cremation process is developing and make easy adjustments if necessary.
The Reliance visualization project is divided into two sections – one for the end user and one for the process engineer. In the end-user section, discretion, user-friendliness, and a dignified farewell were taken into account as important principles in the development of the visualization project. In the section for the process engineer and other technical staff, the visualization windows are organized in such a way that the information for efficient commissioning and technical support can be guaranteed.
