Visualization and control of the VTP UNIS office buildings in the city of Brno

The VTP UNIS office buildings are part of Sochorova, a residential and administrative complex located in the city of Brno.

The new facilities of VTP (Engineering Science Park) were built for the UNIS company with support from the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the European Regional Development Fund. They are used as office, production, and dining facilities. In addition, they provide space for modern laboratories used for vibration and climatic testing as well as EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) testing in compliance with international standards.

Control system

In 2015, a complex building control system (heating, cooling, power, and security) was implemented and put into operation for the VTP UNIS laboratories and offices. Among other things, the system consists of Beckhoff PLCs and the Reliance SCADA/HMI system.
