Hagibor is a multipurpose neighborhood in Prague where green and urban areas are ingeniously combined.
Hagibor
A new construction project was completed in 2024. It includes office facilities, residential buildings, and greenery. The project was designed by Michel Desvigne, an internationally renowned landscape architect, and the Czech studio Smidova Landscape Architects, while each building of the project was designed by the international architecture studios Bogle Architects and Ian Brian Architects. The developer of the Hagibor project is CRESTYL real estate.
All buildings at Hagibor are supposed to achieve LEED Platinum sustainability certification.
The entire Hagibor office complex is designed according to the highest office space standards. Its exceptional architectural concept, which includes terraced roofs, an impressive lobby with reception desks, and a flexible layout of interior spaces, ranks among the best in office design. The complex covers an area of 95,000 m2 of floor space for offices and 11,000 m2 of floor space for retail and services.
Hagibor serves as the headquarters for many companies (e.g., Czech News Center – one of the largest media houses in Czechia).
