Visualization and control of the Corso Court office building in Prague

Corso Court is an office building situated near the Krizikova metro station in the very heart of Prague's Karlin district, which welcomes visitors to its many shops, restaurants, or cafés.

The building provides more than 17,000 sq. meters of office space and 302 underground parking spaces. Each floor plate offers about 2,400 sq. meters of office space suitable for large as well as medium-sized businesses. Corso Court boasts an impressive airy atrium and a beautiful garden that can be used for both relaxation and work.

Designed by the world-famous Catalan architect Ricardo Bofill, the building achieved LEED Platinum certification.

Bofill do budovy začlenil moderní architektonické prvky, jako jsou například visuté zasedací místnosti, jež vyčnívají z bočních stěn do vnitřního prostoru atria. Corso Court dále vyniká řadou šetrných řešení k minimalizaci dopadu budovy na životní prostředí a k výraznému snížení provozních nákladů. Budova má vysoce výkonnou fasádu s bohatým přísunem denního světla a energeticky účinný systém vytápění, větrání a chlazení. Je kladen velký důraz na kvalitu jejího vnitřního prostředí.

Control system

The control and visualization system consists of WAGO PLCs and the Reliance SCADA/HMI system, which allows access to the visualization project from remote locations.

The following systems are controlled and monitored:

• Air-conditioning units
• Carbon monoxide detection in the underground garage, ventilation
• Central heating
• Cooling
• Temperature and air quality in offices
• Sanitary installations and natural gas distribution
• Lighting and electric heating
• Revolving doors, test boreholes, and other devices
• Data capture from water meters, heat/cooling meters, and energy meters (M-Bus communication)
