In 2004, the Energie MaR company carried out the contract for heating and air-conditioning for the Mercedes-Benz showroom in Liberec. Mercedes-Benz CR posed the request for the control and monitoring of gas boilers, central heating, and five air-conditioning units.
The control of the systems is handled by two Landis RWP80 control units, which are connected to the main control room. This control room enables the operator to have a complete overview of the whole system and saves necessary data for analysis (trends, malfunctions, commands, etc.). It also allows for communication between the control systems and enables the complete control of the whole system from one place.
The visualization was created with the Reliance 3 SCADA/HMI system. The display and control of devices can be carried out from the main control room, which is integrated with the local network. This network enables the processing of recorded data. The data can then be viewed from any computer on the local network.
Visualization of the boiler room providing heating to the showroom building
Visualization of one of the air-conditioning units in the showroom building
A screen for setting up time programs for the air-conditioning units
A trend of historical data saved to the hard drive of the operator's PC
Try the Reliance SCADA/HMI system on several example projects or download the installer of the trial version for free.
