The ER1 Guest House & Restaurant is located on the road from the city of Zlin to the town of Frystak. On the ground floor of the building, you can find a stylish restaurant and a motorcycle shop. On the second floor, there are the guest house facilities themselves with eight double rooms.
In the building, there is also a boiler room that provides the heating of the restaurant, motorcycle shop, and guest house. The entire building's air-conditioning is achieved with the use of an air-conditioning unit installed on the roof.
ER1 Guest House & Restaurant
At the beginning of 2008, an HVAC system was implemented in the building. The implementation of the new system included the installation of IRC (Individual Room Control) devices, which are used to automatically regulate heat in the guest house's rooms. To reliably control the HVAC system, Tecomat Foxtrot PLCs are used. To visualize the HVAC system, the Reliance SCADA/HMI system has been installed. It is used for the monitoring and control of the heating, air-conditioning, and IRC processes. The system was installed by EV COMP, a specialist in measuring and control systems.
