The Grand Hotel Hradec, a high-quality piece of architecture situated in the town of Pec pod Snezkou, was put into operation in 2020. Surrounded by the beautiful Giant Mountains, the hotel has a lot to offer: 68 luxurious rooms, a stylish restaurant, or a delightful wellness center.

All of this is reflected in the building's state-of-the-art technological systems, such as HVAC, lighting, underfloor heating, and audio systems.
To monitor and control these systems, four Tecomat Foxtrot CP-1001 PLCs (control) and the Reliance SCADA/HMI system (visualization) are used in the hotel.
The system is used to control and monitor:
Hotel guests can control ventilation and heating in their rooms via a Touch@Glass switch.
The hotel's manager and receptionist can monitor all the technological systems via Reliance Control Server and a thin client (Reliance Web Client). In addition, the manager has full access to the system parameters. The receptionist, however, can only access the reception-related parameters.
The Reliance visualization project is divided into the following sections:
The visualization project is supplemented with the PLC website that can be displayed on the wall-mounted tablets (restaurant, conference rooms) to quickly control a particular area (heating, ventilation, light scenes, audio).
