Can Reliance be operated under Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows 7?

Yes, the Reliance SCADA/HMI system (version 4 and 3) can be operated under Windows Vista and Windows 7. Reliance 3 can run on Windows Vista and Windows 7 if the following conditions are met:

• The User Account Control (UAC) feature is disabled.
• The "NET DIR" parameter of the BDE is configured (see FAQ 90012).

When using a 64-bit edition of Windows, Reliance 3 can be installed as follows.
