The year 2013 was just amazing in terms of sales of the Reliance SCADA system. Compared to 2012, our sales volume grew by 30 %! It is the same increase in sales of licenses as in the previous year. For the third year in succession, we achieved the best sales results. We are of course very pleased with such a 'score'. It shows that our SCADA system is becoming more and more popular. On the other hand, we have to work hard to keep Reliance users satisfied.
The partnership with our distributors is greatly appreciated. They help us establish a trusted relationship with systems integrators and overcome the language barrier. In 2013, an international gathering of distributors and partners of the Reliance SCADA system, Reliance Sales & Technical Meeting 2013, took place at our headquarters. The participants exchanged their experiences with selling and supporting the system. They also helped us translate the Reliance leaflet into many languages.
In the same year, the Reliance system was shown at the GAS & HEATING 2013 exhibition, Delta Gas Mobin Group became our partner and distributor of Reliance for the Iranian market. We held another annual competition for the most interesting installation – the Reliance Success Story Awards 2013. We are glad to see that Reliance is helping control various processes in so many industries.
We are well aware that we could not reach such a great achievement without our customers and partners. Thank you. We very much appreciate your support. It is our commitment for the future.
