Can a license stored in a SW key be transferred to another computer?

A license stored in a SW key is intended for a specific computer (the SW key is not portable between computers). However, in isolated cases (e.g., damage to a computer), customers can apply free for a new license and activate this license on a new computer. The application can be sent to our business department's email address sales@reliance-scada.com.

In the email message, the serial number of the existing license must be specified. If the request is approved by the business department, the customer will obtain a serial number of the new license that should be activated on the new computer in the normal way. On the server, the original license will be disabled and blocked from further use.
