Cannot play Reliance training video recordings

In some cases, it may happen that the downloaded Reliance training video recordings cannot be played. It should be enough to install the latest codecs for playing multimedia files. So, make sure the codecs you have downloaded are up-to-date and thus ensure that your video recordings can be played properly.

Note:

For example, the K-Lite Codec Pack is one of the recommended and tested packages of codecs for the smooth playback of training videos. The cross-platform VLC media player is another supported player in which all important codecs are included.
