An error occurs while opening a visualization project's databases under Windows XP

This problem occurs when using the NTFS file system and running Reliance under a user account that is only a member of the "Users" group. The Reliance system needs to write the file "pdoxusrs.net" located by default in C:\. The problem is that members of the "Users" group can only read this file. To solve the problem, they must be granted full access to this file.
