Toolbar icons are not displayed correctly
This problem is caused by an old version of the "comctl32.dll" dynamic-link library, which is located in the Windows\System32 directory. The fixed version of the library has: date 12/16/1998, size 464144 Bytes. To solve the problem, please install MS Internet Explorer 4.0 (or later) or Service Pack 4 (for Windows NT 4.0).
