The runtime software does not launch a communication driver during starting a visualization project
The communication driver is probably not registered in the Windows Registry. Please register the communication driver manually by running it as a standalone program.
Note: To register the driver manually, you need to have privileges for writing to the Windows Registry. Typically, members of the Users group cannot modify the Windows Registry.
