What does the message "For online TCP/IP connection only", displayed in the Reliance J Web client, mean?

This message is displayed anytime the user performs an operation that requires communication with a data server (Reliance Server or Reliance Runtime Server) and the data server is unavailable (e.g., when the connection is lost or when the Web client was configured to use MEM files for retrieving data).
