How to upgrade a Reliance 5 hardware key from a license file

You can quickly and easily upgrade your hardware key using a license file. You will receive the license file by email. Please save it to your disk.

First, make sure you have connected the dongle to your computer.

After that, go to the Windows Start menu and open License Key Utility. This utility is part of the Reliance 5 installation.

Then, choose the Upgrade Hardware Key from License File command to open the Hardware Key Upgrade window.

Use the Open License File command to locate the license file you have received by email on your disk. Select and open the file.

Once you open the license file, the license details will appear in the right part of the window.

Now, you can use the Burn License Onto Hardware Key command to write the license to the hardware key.

If written successfully, the following message will appear:

After writing the information to the hardware key, choose the Show License Key Info command to check the license contents in the key.
