What does the message "The detected HW key is not designed for permanent running of the runtime software.", displayed during runtime, mean?

This message is displayed when the runtime software detects a HW key intended for Reliance Design. Such a HW key also contains a runtime license. However, this runtime license is intended to be used only for the purpose of testing and debugging applications by the systems integrator. It cannot be used for the runtime software running permanently at the end-user site.
