Problem with the translation of text strings using the Translate by Google command

Since Google Translate is no longer a free service, it is necessary to revise the Reliance interface and implement a new interface – Google Translate API v2. The new interface is available in Reliance 4.5 and newer.

The existing users of the Reliance system can keep using the service after entering the so-called API key, which can be generated upon paying a fee through their Google account.
