Most probably the operating system is not fully initialized when the project is starting. To solve the problem, use the Reliance Starter utility that is designed to delay launching a program.

It is recommended that you copy the file R_Start.exe and the altered file R_Start.ini to another directory since the file R_Start.ini may be overwritten when installing a new Reliance version. Probably the best solution is copying the files to the Main\Apps folder in the respective visualization project. As a result, they can be backed up along with the project.
