The runtime software does not communicate with a device defined via the Device Manager

In the Project Structure Manager (Reliance Design > Project Structure Manager), check if the device is connected to the computer on which the visualization project is running. By connecting a device to a computer, you make the device accessible to the runtime software running on the computer (through a communication driver, a network connection, etc.).
