License Service

In Reliance 4, you can now verify the validity of licenses via the so-called License Service. This service provides access to license keys (both hardware and software keys) that are installed on the computer.

Communication is provided using the TCP/IP protocol and therefore it is possible to access license information or to upgrade the license from any computer on the network. With the use of the License Service, the problem with the detection of the hardware key, if connected to a server via a remote desktop, can be overcome.
