Control system

The system was developed to cut energy costs. Due to changing shifts, the heating was on continuously and inefficient. Now, with Reliance SCADA in place, the heaters in all 11 production departments are controlled independently. On top of that, the temperature is optimally adjusted to the outside temperature. Reliance allows the operator to program all heaters from one central location. The following heating modes are available: day-time, 2 shifts, 3 shifts, and vacation. Reliance also provides functionality to monitor the temperature curves and functionality to keep track of the operation times of the heaters.
