SNMP Communication Driver (SNMP stands for Simple Network Management Protocol) is intended for reading data from network elements. Today, most network management tools are based on this protocol.
Supported Reliance versions
The communication driver is supported in both Reliance 5 and Reliance 4.
The driver implements the protocol's version 2 with authentication. To read data, the GetRequest function is used.
