Integration of IP cameras and the Digifort IP surveillance system into Reliance SCADA

The Reliance system has native support for Axis, Vivotek, and Pelco IP cameras. If you cannot use these cameras, we recommend that you integrate your camera through the Digifort IP surveillance system. Check out the instructions on how to integrate an IP camera into Reliance SCADA.

Hint: How to edit a file with an .rp4 extension

A file with an .rp4 extension is the main file of a Reliance visualization project. Until version 4.7.3, the file with an .rp4 extension had been a text file, specifically an INI file. In version 4.8.0, the RP4 format was converted from INI to RDT. Thus, the file is non-text and the so-called RDT File Editor must be used to view and edit the file.

Success Story: Fruit ripening at Inex Partners Oy, Finland

In 2017, a system designed to visualize and control 40 ripening rooms at the Inex Partners Oy company's distribution center in Finland was installed by De Laat Koudetechniek – a Dutch systems integrator. The process of fruit ripening is visualized by the Reliance SCADA system.
