On-line demo of the Airconditioning

This page enables you to try out on-line demo of the Airconditioning. You can run the demo inside your Web browser and view the real-time process data. This demo was completely created in the Reliance 4 SCADA/HMI system and the visualization is provided by Reliance 4 Web Client.

Starting on-line demo

Please start download the applet program files by clicking the hyperlink below. Subsequently will display the progress bar of downloaded visualization files. After downloading of all necessary files (about 3 MB) will display the new window with Airconditioning demo. After that, only process data will be transferred between the Web client and the Web server.

Before you start the on-line demo, please, make sure that you have Java Runtime Environment (JRE), version 6.0 or higher, installed on your computer. The JRE enables your computer to start the Airconditioning demo properly. For more information go to Java Runtime Environment official website.

Description of the visualized technology

The visualization window display the entrance hall and the office with airconditioning pipeline installed above the top wall. In the upper half of the visualization window there is a service room with complete airconditioning unit.

Airconditioning unit is comprised of:

• airconditioning pipeline
• input flaps
• input and output dust filters
• rotary recuperator
• heater and cooler
• input and output fans
• damper

Controlling of the airconditioning unit is provided through the simple control panel.

Control panel provides:

• set up position of the input flaps (in %)
• set up pollution degree of the dust filters (in %)
• turn-on and turn-off the rotary recuperator
• set up the mixing valve of the heater and cooler (in %)
• turn-on and turn-off the input and output fans
• turn-on and turn-off the damper

Failure Simulation panel provides simulation of:

• input fan error
• output fan error
• damper error
• rotary recuperator error
