Wastewater Treatment Plant Podebrady

Description of implementation:

In 2000 a new control system of wastewater treatment plant for Podebrady town was implemented by Sigmainvest, spol. s r.o. company. The Sigmainvest, spol. s r.o. company, division Engineering from the city of Olomouc provided a designing and implementation works (high-tention power distribution and fabrication of the gauging and governor stations) of the wastewater plant.

Reliance - Indudstrial SCADA/HMI system is installed on a computer placed in the control room

Wastewater treatment plant is controlled by one PLC Tecomat NS950. Tecomat NS950 device is connected with SCADA-based computer, placed in the supervisory room, via serial link. Reliance - Industrial SCADA/HMI system is installed on this computer for a reliable control of entire wastewater treatment plant.

A supervisory room provides control and monitoring of all wastewater treatment plant devices. Computer with SCADA system controls entire wastewater treatment plant working. Saving of all working data and its following analyze is available too. An installation of the SCADA/HMI system Reliance was implemented by Proteco s.r.o., a company from the city of Pardubice engaged in SCADA/HMI system business.
