Complete control system and visualization of the luxury family house in Velke Bilovice

During 2009, a new Control System was installed in the luxury family house in the town of Velke Bilovice, Czech Republic. The installation included implementation of INELS (the system of intelligent electrical installation) and of the SCADA/HMI system Reliance 4. The whole contract was carried out by two companies, S&V ProIB and Activehouse cz, s.r.o.

The modern kitchen of the luxury house is designed in white The SCADA-based Control System consists of one distribution box and one PC server that are located in a storage room. The distribution box is equipped with the INELS CU2-01M Central Unit and electrical wiring. The Reliance SCADA runtime software is installed on the PC server which is running on a Windows platform (Windows Home Server). This server is used by the household as a storage server for their home video records, movies, music and photographs. The visualization is displayed on a 17" touch screen LCD display installed on a wall in living room.

The Reliance SCADA/HMI system along with the IDM software controls:

• Exterior and interior lighting
• Intensity of artificial lighting in the house according to daylight conditions
• Venetian blinds (light control, roll up, roll down)
• Atrea air-conditioning unit
• Bathroom and toilet vent fans
• Magnetic contacts of the Electric Control System used for blocking of the air-conditioning unit
• Front door electric lock
• Garage door opener
