Complete Control System and visualization of the luxury family house in Ceske Budejovice

A new iNELS® Building Automation Control System in the luxury family house in Ceske Budejovice was carried out during 2009. The installation included implementation of the SCADA/HMI System Reliance 4 that provides reliable visualization of the building automation processes.

The Control System consists of three distribution boxes. The main distribution box is equipped with the Tecomat Foxtrot CP-1004 device and the iNELS® peripherals. The other two distribution boxes are equipped with the iNELS® external master buses, peripherals and electrical wiring.

Luxury family house, an interior

The SCADA-based Control System, created in the Mosaic Development Environment and the SCADA/HMI System Reliance 4, provides the visualization and control of:

• Indoor lighting system controlled by PIR motion sensors
• Intensity of the outdoor lighting system controlled by outdoor photosensors
• Window blinds throughout the house (roll up and down, open, close)
• Outdoor awning (roll up, roll down)
• Underfloor heating that can be adjusted individually for each room
• Retractable pool cover
• Artificial wave system in the pool
• Reporting emergency conditions in the pool
• Chimney retracting system of the interior fireplace
• Remote access and communication over GSM communicator (reporting important alarms
  and events to the owner's cell phone)
• Remote access over the Internet
• Electronic security alarm system
• Light switches, electric outlets, television aerial and system controls
• Integrated web server used for control from the owner's iPhone

Visualization is running on the TOUCH 51/PCB touch screen which is mounted on the wall in the hall.
