Description of implementation:
Pilsner Brewery is the leading brewing company in Central Europe and its beer production reaches the most amount of all rest Bohemian breweries per year. Pilsner Brewery is the biggest Czech beer exporter as well. Its brand beer is exported to almost 50 countries all over the world.
Through its brands Pilsner Urquell, Gambrinus, Radegast a Velkopopovicky Kozel, Plzensky Prazdroj sells more beer on the Czech market than any other company. Plzensky Prazdroj, a. s., is a member of the international group SABMiller plc, the second largest brewing company in the world. The group's flag ship for its international portfolio is the Pilsner Urquell brand.

The Czech company MCAT AUTOMATION s.r.o. implemented a new Control system of enterprise energy consumption in the Pilsner Brewery.
A new Control System provides monitoring and measuring of these facility parts, which contribute to Pilsner production process:
- Electricity
- Water
- Carbon dioxyde
- Water vapour
- Air conditions
All monitored and measured facility parts are supplied by the Inmat devices. Inmat devices are connected through the Teco PLCs. All gathered data from PLCs is transfered into the Reliance, a SCADA/HMI system, installed on the Control System's computer for this purpose. The Reliance system also behaves as a DDE server for InSQL database where the data is being stored.

Main power take-off overview of the Pilsner Urquell beer brand manufacturing line. Power take-off trend displays data of the last quarter. There are actual values of the power take-off, above the trend.

A visualization overview of the transfered data from the Inmat devices, used for steam extraction gauging. The red framed values indicates that there is some error in communication between Inmat device and Tecomat.

A visualization overview of the supply water level in two water tanks. Minimum and maximum water level can be set by the operating personnel. The water pump automaticly fill or empty both water tanks according the maximum and minimum water levels, which are set by operating personnel.

The power take-offs main overview of all electric supply meters. There can be figured a graphic presentation of any power take-off by clicking on the trend icon.
