Pivovar Pardubice, a.s. (Pernstejn Brewery)

Description of the implementation:

In 2002, a new SCADA-based control system of steam boiler-room in the brewery Pernstejn Pardubice was implemented by Czech company ELPRO Kolín, s.r.o. Brewery boiler-room consists of a two steam boilers with two gas-burners (one with 6 tons of the water vapour achievement, the other with 8 tons of the water vapour achievement), heat and chemical water works, heating of the supply water and the heating control. The unmanned operation of two steam boilers is fully automatic and its controlled from the main Control room if needs be. Both two steam boliers are controlled by one PLC Tecomat NS950 and it's water-level is controlled by Spyrax Sarco (SxS) device. All operation parameters and failure states provides one LCD display APT2100 placed in the steam boiler-room.

Control room with SCADA-based system provides supervision of all steam boilers including two gas-burners. Whole data from the manufacturing processes and failure states are saved for its following processing. The other computer with Reliance system is placed in the power-supply director's office. There is supposable to watch turn-out of water vapour, gas consumption and amount of crude water.
