Description of the implementation:

PavEx is a Czech company specialized in Road Works consulting for Road Providers, Planner and Supply companies.

In 2004, a system to control of liquid levels in storage tanks used for production of Biodiesel was implemented in the PavEx Consulting company by the Energie MaR Company.

The implemented system consists of:

• Control and monitoring of three air conditioning machines
• Monitoring of the liquid levels in storage tanks used for production of Biodiesel
• Control of entire production process
• Visualization for main control system computer with MS Windows XP operating system

The visualization was created in the SCADA/HMI system Reliance 3. The system stores the data from all of the measured values, alarms and states. These values can be simply displayed in trends or tables. The measured values of the alarms and states can be displayed in the transparent statements, which are easy to filter.
